What happens when you delete your account?

• Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in.
• Your wallet balance and transaction history will be reviewed before permanent deletion.
• Transaction records required by Nigerian financial regulations may be retained for a minimum of five (5) years.
• Any pending transactions will be completed before deletion is processed.
• The deletion process typically takes up to 48 hours after submission.
